The bed was very comfortable, I was not convinced by the comments I saw on the subject of cleanliness and appearance of the rooms, but I must say that it has far exceeded those comments. Everything is clean, perfect bathroom, perfect kitchen (utensils quite complete, with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, no oven is what we miss to make us some pizzas for example). It has new scouring pad, soap and a pill for the dishwasher, I took some pills of mine just in case. In the closet there was a blanket and an extra pillow. The pillow came with its cover so it wouldn't rub or anything... . If you're going to use the freezer in the fridge, set the roulette on maximum because it was on minimum and we didn't freeze on the first day. The room has an RJ45 cable to connect a laptop. No one from the other rooms could be heard, we could rest perfectly. No doubt we would come back to this aparthotel if we go through that area again.
wifi was failing quite a bit, we couldn't connect to the wifi because the signal was very bad. reception hours are poor. we arrived, we were on time but when we left there was no one there and we had to leave the keys at the counter. tram that passes by the hotel is under construction (JUNE 2018) and it looks like it will take quite a while. If you plan to use it, keep this in mind. Apart from that, rest is perfect.

The kitchenette in the room had the basics covered for meal prep. The location, just outside the city center, offered easy access to the ring road and was about a 10-minute walk from a large supermarket.
Entering the building after hours was a hassle due to unclear instructions on how to access the key. The room felt a bit outdated and cramped, with the extractor fan in the bathroom not working, leading to a steamy situation. The bedside lights were awkwardly positioned too close to the bed. The TV was wonky and hard to watch, and there were inadequate kitchen utensils, leaving us without a bottle opener or proper spoons for cooking.

Clean rooms with sofabed and enough space to put a extra bed in for children. The small kitchen had all the appliances needed like refrigerator with icebox, small dishwasher, microwave. We even had a little terras with a small table and chairs on it. Clean bathroom with shower . It was also nice that you could order breakfast the day before and we had plenty enough to eat like fruit, cereal, croissants, cheese... Staff was helpful and friendly, spoke English. We definetely use this hotel again when we visit the region.

It is a hotel preferably for university or tertiary students and their teachers and visitors. The people who stay here are mostly cultivated and moderate in their language, dress and customs, so you can go quietly with your family or partner. For those of us who go by car you are assigned a garage but if it is busy when you return from dinner you can no longer complain because after 9pm there is no staff in charge; you have to enter with a code and manage without help. I discovered that the space protectors of the free garages that at first sight prevent you from parking, if you get out and put them to bed it becomes a free and available garage. I found out the next day. I also occupied a garage of the houses.
Maybe some additional explanation about the assigned garage space. How could I have saved it in the time we went to dinner so that there would be no surprises on the way back and there without support from the hotel.

Here's my unfiltered experience
The Double Studio was everything I hoped for! It had a well-stocked kitchenette, and was clean and quiet. The bed was large and comfy. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Reception staff even assisted with ordering dinner.

We prefer to have cooking facilities and more room than we would find in an ordinary hotel. This unit fits the bill for that. The staff was courteous and spoke English well.
It would be nice if the kitchens were better stocked with cooking utensils, I.e measuring devices. Basic condiments (salt, pepper) would be a nice touch as well.

Great facility for our 3 night stay in the Normandy beaches area. We made good use of kitchen facilities after a week of restaurant meals.

good location but needs some updates
The location of the hotel is excellent. Being on the outskirts, it offers easy access to shopping options like McDonald's and Carrefour. I appreciated the convenience of free parking . The room was clean and had a decent kitchenette. It was perfect for my family's needs. Although I noticed the room had some outdated furniture, it was still comfortable enough for us to enjoy our time together. Friendly staff were quick to assist us whenever needed.
The furniture in the room felt a bit outdated.

- we arrived late and made a call after 7PM, the time the desk is closed. the staff who picked up the phone was nice and kind. - easy check in and out. our key was left in a security box - room is spacious for 3 of us. - kitchen has everything. - there is free parking and easy to find from motorway. - many power sockets. (more than 4)
- no free internet. no A/C

Easy to find and parking free. Easy to get a tram into the city centre.
Bed was a bit basic - a sofabed is never as comfortable as a "proper bed". Rooms not made up at all during our stay. All a little basic , but that said it was clean and cheap!
